i.e. LIVE™ Distillate Cartridges

We developed a 2-factor authentication system that takes into account:

1. The physical properties (visual color, viscosity) of the formula 2. The hardware ID code on the bottom of your cartridge should match the one on the scan page

Start by scanning the batch QR code that can be found on slip that came inside the 10-box of the flavor you got. There is a slip for each individual LIVE product that contains the batch QR code that takes end users to the batch landing page, where you can authenticate your product. You can also use the Batch ID code to access the page. If you don't have the slip or the code or the 10-box (which has a batch QR code label), ask your distributor for the batch scan page link, QR code, or ID #.

If you are interested in locating products from a CannaStats™ brand, like LIVE™ Cannabis, the easiest and most direct way to get started is to add a product you want to your Wishlist in CannaStats.

Verifying with CannaStats Tube Labels

Verifying LIVE products with CannaStats Tube Labels

Due to operational constraints, unfortunately at this time the CannaStats labels on individual Distillate Cartridge tubes do not contain all the specific batch information.

|| If you have purchased a single cartridge you will need to request that the location where you purchased your cart shares the official batch information with you.

If you received a CannaStats slip from your reseller (as shown below), scan it to get to the batch page. If not, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Call or message your resale location to request the "CannaStats Batch Information" link

This will come in the form of a link which will lead you to a CannaStats page which describes all the details about your particular product, including: cannabinoid / terpene breakdown, test results, an image of a cartridge from your batch (which you can use to validate oil consistency), and community reviews.

How to verify LIVE Products

All batches of LIVE products are produced with a unique QR code using the CannaStats platform.

Batch Validation Page

Scanning this QR code will allow you to access your products "Batch Validation" page which contains all kind of great info

When and where the product was produced
A detailed description of the product
Lab results
Photos of products from the actual batch

How to Access

iOS With an iPhone you can scan the CannaStats validation code with the phone's camera. Just point the camera at the QR code and a link will appear on the screen for you to click. This link will direct you directly to the Batch Validation page for the product

Web Visit the CannaStats website and enter your Batch ID

Android First try the same technique described in the iOS section above. However there are some Android phones that don't have this functionality built in. In this case there are many apps such as Google Lens which you can download and use to scan codes

What if you cannot find your QR Code?

If you have a single cartridge / other product, you should have received a "Batch Slip" (that contains a verification QR code) with your purchase.
