Supply Chain Issues

The supply chain for hardware and packaging from China has been severely strained due to distressed shipping/transit primarily due to the coronavirus pandemic. However, things seem to be easing. We should see an influx of demand in the next couple weeks that hopefully will continue unabated. Let me know if I can answer any additional questions.

Industry Regulations

The US gov;t has also increased regulation on vaping goods by disabling some major mail carriers from delivering vape related products. We feel this is blasphamous, given that we serve an adult audience and the impetus for the legislation appears to be related to kids vaping nictotine in high school. Talk about a negative externality. As mentioned, though, we do think the situation is easing and we should see improved inventory flow in 2nd half of 2021.
